SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every wood chipper order includes Free Shipping. Our Free Shipping ALSO includes Residential Delivery and Liftgate value-added services. Our Free Shipping deal only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must contact us before placing an order.
Residential Delivery means a smaller truck will arrive at your residential area and Liftgate service means that the truck driver will manage to get the unit out of the truck and place the chipper crate curbside. You are responsible to get the product into your driveway or inside your property.
We don’t offer tools in the package for the assembly of the unit or unpacking. We assume that every owner that engages in the ownership of garden-powered tools must have common-use tools such as hex wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
Our packing is done for the maximum safety of the product so that it will arrive in mint condition for you. Please bear in mind our units come packed into a lightweight metal cage attached to the crate with self-locking screws. You will need a ½” hex wrench to remove these screws.
By Federal Law, our units can’t be shipped with oil or gasoline. Once the unit arrives at your place, you will need to have available engine oil for power tools and fresh gasoline.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund (minus return shipping costs -if done by us). Before returning a product that you bought from us directly, please contact us beforehand to send your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information.
All products must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Yardbeast Chippers will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged returns.
Please note that Federal Law requires that all machines that utilize gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids must be drained prior to shipment. Gas caps and oil plugs must be left off for 24 hours prior to shipping. Liability for violating this law resides with the sender of the shipment.
If you shall return your chipper, please get in contact with us to commence return arrangements with our logistic team. If you are shipping your chipper back to us, we recommend you send your chipper through a traceable LTL service, such as R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight Lines.
If you need assistance from us in scheduling and executing a return shipping, we can help. You will be refunded the total price paid less the return shipping cost back to our warehouse.
Once the product arrives at our location, please allow 1-2 business days for inspection of the item. If the product is found to be in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund within 10-12 business days.
