These terms of sale governs all sales made directly through our website.
Ordering through our website is secure and compliant with the latest PCI standards. For maximum security, ordering takes place through a SSL (Secure Socket Layer with 128-bit encryption).
We don’t store your sensitive information such as credit card information. If you would like to reorder from us –even if you have a registered account with us- you will have to re-enter your credit card information.
We accept the following credit card providers: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.
If for some reason you have entered wrong information for an order, once and order have been placed you won’t be able to cancel it through the website. You must call us at 305-396-3396 and please have the Order # for reference.
If the shipping address is different from the Billing Address we may call you to monitor that the order have been placed correctly and is not fraud.
If we don’t have the item you have ordered, we will contact you regarding this situation; we can either place this order on backorder, or you may cancel the order if you’d like.
All of our products are heavy, we ship LTL (Less-than Truckload), this means our products won’t arrive through a carrier such as UPS, Fedex or the like; instead, it will arrive through popular freight carriers such as ABF, Southeastern Freight Lines, R&L Carriers, etc.
Shipping through is free (for U.S customers) except otherwise expressed on the item description on the product page. Free shipping includes Residential Delivery and Liftgate service. This is a value retailers rarely give to their customers for free.
Residential Delivery means a truck will come into your residential area (instead of an 18-wheeler that is not allowed to) and Liftgate service means that the truck driver will manage to get the unit out of the truck and place it on your driveway.
We don’t offer tools in the package for assembly of the unit or unpacking. We assume that every owner that engages into the ownership of garden powered tools must have popular tools such as hex wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.
Our packing is done for maximum safety of the product so that it will arrive in pristine condition to you. Please bear in mind our units come packed into a lightweight metal cage attached to the crate with self locking screws. You will need a ½” hex wrench to get these screws out.
By Federal Law, our units can’t be shipped with oil, or gasoline. Once the unit arrives to your place, you will need to have available engine oil for power tools and fresh gasoline.
We assume that by ordering from our website you are aware of the fundamental operations of the unit, and that once arrived to your place, you will read and understand the Operator’s Manual to satisfaction. Moreover, you will employ the safety equipment provided in the Assembly pack or use your own but will take protection in the following critical areas: Eyes (by using goggles), Hands (by using gloves), Ears (By using ear protection).
For Returns:
You may return a product for a refund (minus return shipping costs -if done by us) in a period no longer than 30 days.
Before returning a product that you bought from us directly, please contact us beforehand to send you an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization).
All products must be returned in original or equivalent packaging. YARDBEAST Chippers will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged returns.
Federal Law requires that all machines that utilize gasoline, oil, or other flammable liquids must be drained prior to shipment.
Gas caps and oil plugs must be left off for 24 hours prior to shipping. Please note: liability for this violation of this law resides with the sender of the shipment.
Securely repackage the item(s) (which must be in reasonable condition), fill out the Return Form (RMA Form), and send it back to us with the item(s) that you wish to return by the most convenient shipping method. We recommend you send your package back by a trackeable LTL service, such as R&L Carriers or Southeastern Freight Lines.
If you need assistance from us in scheduling and executing a return shipping, you will be refunded the total price paid less the return shipping cost back to our warehouse.
Once the the product arrives at our location, please allow 1-2 business days for inspection of the item.
A refund will be issued in 10-12 business days after inspection is completed.
SHIPPING TIPS:
If package material was not saved, use newspaper to help protect the machine in shipment.
If your YARDBEAST arrived on a pallet or on its crate, the product needs to be on the footprint of the pallet, strapped down with cord or strapping material, and the item must be covered either with cardboard or plastic.
Remove any address labels that has your address, and please affix the label sent by us in the RMA.
If possible please strap the machine and its parts to a pallet.
