Shipping Policy:
Domestic Orders:
- Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2-3 business days to handle your unit and ship. In case we take more than 3 business days, we will notify you and will make our best efforts to ship as soon as possible.

For models RSC & RST (both include the Convimax auger discharge)
please allow three weeks to prepare and ship, as the CONVIMAX has to be
completely fabricated.
- We ship our wood chippers in the following configurations:
- Wood stand and 300lbs.test cardboard. for RX chippers.
- Complete wood crated boxes for RSC and RST type chippers.
- All of our wood chippers are shipped LTL (Less-than-Truckload)
- Our delivery options are:
- Residential & Lift Gate service (Homes)
- Loading Dock (Business)
- Military APO Addresses (Includes Lift Gate Service)

Once our products are issued a BOL (Bill of Lading) and leaves our
warehouse, it becomes the customer's property. Any situations which
involves any type of damage to the product during shipping is at
customer's responsibility. Insurance is not included.
- Delivery of the
product may take from 2 to 7 business days. If it takes more than this
time, we will make our best efforts in promptly notifying the customer
on any delay incurred.
- Our shipping rates are flat fees.
International Orders:
- Once your order is confirmed please allow 2 to 3 days to ship your unit.
- Best way to ship your product to your country/destination is through international cargo forwardersm in Miami, FL there plenty of these services. If you are not familiar with this type of service, we can help in finding the appropriate forwarder. Additionally, many forwarders offer import service at destination if you are not familiar with your home country importing procedures.
- Another way is through DHL Worldwide Express, this is a door to door service. This means, we ship the unit from our warehouse, and the customer receives the unit at their house, office, business, in their home country.
- Our products will be able to be imported in Europe once we receive the CE certification, a process we are actively involved in.
- Once our product leaves our warehouse, it becomes the customer's responsibility. Any situations which
involves any type of damage to the product during shipping, import, transport, etc. is at
customer's responsibility.
- Local delivery of a unit to a forwarder costs a minimum of 50USD and will not exceed 100USD.
